If you want to make sure visitors to your military show get their ‘bang for a buck’, there’s no one better equipped to advise you than Andrew Baker. He’s the man behind one of the loudest and most action-packed military shows in the UK – the Tanks, Trucks and Firepower Show.

This three-day event, organised by Andrew and the Alvis Fighting Vehicle Society, takes place over the August Bank Holiday weekend (August 24-26, 2024) across an expanse of tranquil Warwickshire countryside near Dunchurch – Andrew Bakers home.

For the last 16 years, the show that keeps getting bigger and louder has given us spectacular explosions, breathtaking armoured vehicle driving and ground-shaking tank battles. We’ve seen sheds and oil drums blown sky high, caravans crushed flat by tanks, battle re-enactments, and hundreds of historic military vehicles and weapons – all the while enjoying some spectacular entertainment.
