In the 1930s, Vickers Mk.IIB Light Tanks (Indian Pattern) were used in a policing and supply convoy protection role in Imperial India

In 2016, I was sent a photograph of a rusting 1930s British Army Vickers Mk.IIB Light Tank (Indian Pattern) parked by the side of a road in Pakistan. The photographer was on holiday there and took the photograph from a moving coach. He was not sure of its exact location.
