Military Vehicle Market
In the last weeks before Brexit, there was a flurry of cross-channel vehicle buying and selling to avoid delays and extra paperwork.
Since January 1, the UK has been in lockdown so we do not have a true picture of how the new EU divorce deal will affect the import and export of military vehicles.
Our hobby is clearly not a priority for the UK government, so it is impossible to glean any information about open general export licences that are used by many of the military vehicle traders and how our goods are handled for export into Europe. We would certainly be interested to hear any post-Brexit experiences from our readers (email cmveditorial@keypublishing. com) and hope to share some updated information once it finally surfaces.
