Callum Dickson visits an attraction that seeks to commemorate the long, illustrious history of the various regiments from Staffordshire – from the 18th century to the present day

In the late 20th and early 21st centuries, the British Army made the decision to restructure, to realign itself with the capabilities expected of the modern army. This necessitated the amalgamation of some of the most iconic and long-serving regiments from across the country.

One such formation was the Staffordshire Regiment, and now its former HQ is a museum dedicated not only to the history these regiments have made, but the history they continue to make.
